How to register

To add new services to your existing Corporate Online access, please contact your Westpac Manager.

To register your organisation as a new customer with Westpac, please call the Corporate Help Desk on 0800 423 424 or email an expert. We will arrange an introduction to a Westpac Manager who will assist in choosing the right mix of banking services for your organisation.

Establishing Corporate Online for your organisation

Westpac will facilitate the establishment process, which includes:

  • Helping to identify which staff members will use Corporate Online and what levels of access they require
  • Providing a Westpac Establishment Consultant to confirm and finalise user and account details
  • Providing Corporate Online access - including customer number, passwords and SecurID ® tokens

Minimum System Requirements

To ensure the highest level of security, user PCs must be running one of the following browsers to access Corporate Online:

  • Internet Explorer 5.5 and above, or
  • Netscape Communicator version 6.2 or 7.1
